The winery construction was completed in 2003, nowadays demonstrating the most updated mechanical equipment, such as crusher-stemmer, pneumatic press, stainless steel tanks featuring cooling jackets, vinificators, stabilizers, cooling system and automated bottling line.

Cooling is incorporated in the cooling-extraction process, the pre-fermentation sedimentation, the must fermentation as well as that of wine stabilization. Regarding the vinification and bottling process, these are conducted under the surveillance and guidance of the company’s oenologists.

All equipment is housed and the winery, located in the same region as the vineyards is ,by all means, functional and visiteable.
